Ingredients:

 

  • 2 ½ cups granulated sugar

  • 2 ½ sticks unsalted butter

  • 1 ¾ cups unsweetened cocoa powder

  • ½ teaspoon kosher salt

  • 4 large eggs

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour

  • 2 teaspoons baking powder

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

 

Steps:

  1. Stir the butter, sugar, cocoa powder, and salt over

 simmering water until melty and hot

  1. Add vanilla (off the heat) and beat in eggs one at a time

  2. Throw in the flour and baking powder

  3. Bake in a parchment lined baking dish at 350°

  4. Enjoy!
